BACK TO THE FUTURE

1992: Back in the early nineties my dad Xavier Lorente-Darracq led a band (Les Stores) for which he wrote a song called “Louise”.
He sang it and played a bass score on a metronomic drum pattern from a disc; then a friend of his added a guitar part.
My dad recorded a rough demo on a cassette tape then he forgot the song …some time after, his band split up.

2020: Two months ago I found the song and I thought the tune deserved a second chance.
I sang it and played all the instrumental (except drums by American drummer Nathan Barnes); I did all the vocal parts too.

We had a lot of fun doing that.
